Step 1:
Click on “Learners” in the title bar or on the home page.
Click on "Manage" under the "Renewal/Expiry" column.
Step 2:
Click "Cancel".
Click "Yes" to cancel your subscription, or click "No" to go back.
Step 3:
A pop-up message will confirm whether the action was successful, and display the end date of the subscription.
